Monster MeatLovers Meatloaf on a Grill!

I have never and I mean never seen a Meatloaf this huge! It has everything you can imagine (and some I never thought of) in or on it all cooked on a grill, in the snow, in Canada. The list of ingredients is massive and the procedure is so simple that you will be making this for sure. But you better plan on having an army to feed first.

It’s amazing the friends you can make in this world, through Twitter, YouTube and email and I, at this time have the pleasure of introducing my newest friend and the creator of the Monster MeatLovers Meatloaf – Wilfred Reinke of Oshawa Ontario Canada!

Wilfred who goes by the name of “OshawaOgre” {Oshawa Ogre name started from his user name in the online soccer management game hattrick.org) on Twitter and Youtube is a family man (father of 3 and 2 grandkids)who loves grilling! My kinda guy! Here is what he has to say about himself:

“I just last year got interested in doing more cooking since my wife was working a lot of hours driving charter bus and since I work out of the home, it made sense that I would have the time to do more of the cooking. A friend of mine that also does most of his families cooking showed me some BBQ Pit Boys videos (YouTube) and I was hooked! Who new that you could do so much with a BBQ? I really am a novice at this stuff but it is a lot of fun. Lol, I am a member of the BBQ Pit Boys Hall of flame”

Here is Wilfred and his Ribs!:

I just don’t see much “Novice” in you my friend! You look like a seasoned pro to me!

Pulled Pork the easy way.

Really good Pulled Pork takes hours of low and slow cooking and it worth every second! When your camping or just cooking outdoors you may not have a smoker available or the time. Thats where those trusty Dutch ovens come in!

Here is an article I wrote for Camp Chef about cooking Pulled Pork in a Dutch oven, hope you enjoy it!
