		<description>Excellent bread.  I left out the onion but added oregano and some shredded cheese.  I also used the old baker&#039;s trick, a couple of tablespoons of cornmeal sprinkled evenly into the bottom of the oven to insure easy release.
After mixing, I had a dry glob but a couple more swigs of beer cured that. I&#039;m making this on my next campout.</description>
