    Put some cornmeal on the peal and your pizza will slide off the peal easier.

    This was presented as if it is simple but seemed ridiculously (and unneccesarily) complex. I have seen people use a kiln (egg) style grill and access seemed much better and steps required were less. Temperature is also uniformly applied (no 360 spinning) and holds at a stable point. Cornmeal on peal will definitly help but this has already been identified.
