Last week, (September 28th) I was able to get the CCDOA (Central California Dutch Oven Adventures) group toghter for a DOG (Dutch Oven Gathering) at Railtown 1897 State Historic Park in Jametown, Ca. Now this is one of my favorte place to go to , the boys love it also. We always ride the train and take a tour of the Roundhouse.

We had over 30 people from our group show up. That  meant 10 cook stations going with about 15-17 black pots cooking! It was great fun and alot of food, so much that I didn’t even have time to write it down.

Here are the few photo’s I was able to take. Hope you enjoy them.

How fun! Cee Dub Welch comes to a regional Dutch oven gathering at Sacajewea State Park in Washington every year and I have yet to make it. This looks like so much fun I’ll have to make it a priority next year!
