Well I couldn't be happier with this recipe!

I had some boneless pork chops that needed a home on my grill so I put together this recipe to make one fine lip smack-in Baked Pork Chops recipe. You'll notice a slight bit of heat from the red pepper flakes in the bread crumb coating mixture and the small white onions paired up with the sweet medley potatoes, was just the right touch.

Total prep time was about 15 minutes, excluding the time it took to peal those small white pear onions, for my boneless pork chop recipe.

Lets get grilling!

Easy Baked Pork Chops on the Grill Recipe

As always, now is the time to pre-heat your grill.

Set it to 350°F

Saute the minced garlic

You'll need a Cast iron skillet for the start of this recipe.

Mince up about 6 cloves of garlic and sauté it in olive oil and butter for just a couple of minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant.

You do not want to burn the garlic.

Adding the herb mixture

Mix together the herb mixture of dried basil, dried oregano, dried parsley and red pepper flakes.

Add this mixture to the sauteed garlic and cook for a couple of minutes longer.

Do not burn the garlic!

Adding the bread crumbs

Remove your Cast iron skillet from the heat.

Add the bread crumbs and mix thoroughly.Salt and pepper the boneless pork chops

Wash and dry your boneless pork chops, then sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.

Add bread crumb seasoning to the pork chops

Rub in your bread mixture and coat all surfaces.

Small white onions and quartered potato medley

Drizzle some olive oil all over your small white onions and potato medley.

Then add some salt and pepper.

Sitting on the Grill Plate

Place the breaded boneless pork chops in a casserole dish.

Then sprinkle the onions and potatoes around the pork chops.

I used my large casserole dish from my KitchenAid Nesting Ceramic 4-Piece Bakeware Set.

You'll notice the plate under the casserole dish, that is a Grill Innovations “Grill Plate”, which makes baking on a grill so easy.

Both of these items where also used on my Cajun Meatloaf recipe

Baked boneless pork chops

How long do you bake pork chops?

I baked mine for about 45 minutes, until the Baked pork chops where done, which was 155°F for me.

I just loved how those small white onions and potatoes browned up, they were so good!

Enjoy!
