Brown sugar and bourbon can often be found in the barbecue sauce recipes of competitive grillers. Use this flavorful pair in both the marinade for pork tenderloin and in the grilled peaches. McCormick Brown Sugar Bourbon Pork Tenderloin recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Brown Sugar Bourbon Marinade
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 pork tenderloin, (about 1 pound)
  • Grilled Peaches:
  • 1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Brown Sugar Bourbon Marinade
  • ¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup (1/2 stick) butter, , melted
  • 1 tablespoon Four Roses Single Barrel bourbon
  • 2 peaches, , cut into ¼-inch slices
Instructions
  1. Mix Marinade Mix, oil, bourbon and orange juice in small bowl.
  2. Reserve ¼ cup marinade for brushing.
  3. Place pork in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish.
  4. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
  5. Refrigerate 2 hours or longer for extra flavor.
  6. For the Grilled Peaches, mix Marinade Mix, brown sugar, melted butter and bourbon in large bowl until well blended.
  7. Add peach slices; toss to coat well.
  8. Let stand 1 hour.
  9. Remove pork from marinade.
  10. Discard any remaining marinade.
  11. Preheat Island Grillstone to 400°F.
  12. Grill pork on Island Grillstone 10 minutes then flip and continue grilling until desired doneness, brushing with reserved marinade halfway through cooking. Discard any remaining marinade.
  13. Grill Peaches on Island Grillstone, caramelizing each side, about 5 minutes on each side.
  14. Let pork stand 5 minutes.
  15. Cut into ¼-inch slices.
  16. Serve with Peaches.
