Skillet Chicken Casserole Recipe

A tasty blend of holiday favorites - Chicken or Turkey breast and Green bean casserole. Delicious!
Ingredients
  • 2 - 3 Chicken or Turkey breast, boneless & skinless
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 lb frozen green beans
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup friend onions
Instructions
  1. Pat dry your chicken breast dry, then salt and pepper them on all sides.
  2. When your skillet is pre-heated properly, oil your skillet and place chicken breasts in the skillet, slide into the Camp Chef Italia Pizza oven and brown both sides.
  3. Once those chicken breasts are done browning, add 1 pound of frozen green beans to the skillet and work them in around the chicken breasts.
  4. Mix 1 can of Cream of Mushroom, 1 can Cream of Chicken soup, 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce and ½ cup of milk together.
  5. Pour over green beans and chicken, mix slightly together.
  6. Place back into the Camp Chef Italia Pizza oven to bake for 15 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165° F.
  7. When your chicken is done, sprinkle the top with fried onions and bake for another 2 -3 minutes to brown the fried onions up.
