McCormick Grilled Asian Orange-Ginger Chicken

McCormick Grilled Asian Orange-Ginger Chicken

Boneless skinless chicken breast are tough, no pun intended, to grill. There is no fat, there are uneven in thickness, the temperature sneaks up on you quickly and they can be as tough as shoe leather.

One of the best cooking solutions for grilling chicken is a good marinade, slowly impregnating the chicken with additional moisture and coating the outside to deliver maximum taste. McCormick has delivered on a great Asian style marinade recipe that packs a little bit of heat to the traditional Teriyaki style marinade with their Grilled Asian Orange-Ginger Chicken recipe. I grilled up a batch of this Teriyaki style chicken, it was delicious and the leftovers made great sandwiches the rest of the week.

Tip: Cut the chicken breast in half before marinating.
